Unhappy customer
By Ley
On Nov 28, 2010, I purchased a Zuca skate bag from Ace photo digital a company through amazon which was going to be a Christmas present needless to say Christmas came and no package contacted the company according to what I was told "shipping" couldn't find it and USPS didn't know where the package was so now I'm waiting for a refund hope that don't take a year to process

Don't be fooled

This looks like a great deal, but it's not really a "complete set." In fact, the seller orders it from Zuca as you order it from them. Essentially, this means you'll get multiple shipments at various times. And...good luck trying to put anything on a timeframe. I tried for a month to get the "in stock" shipment to come, and then finally gave up. I had to order the product from another company. Then, they finally shipped the product. It took me another month (and a horrible return policy debate) to get a refund. I ended up spending $30 in shipping to get my refund. You're much better off going to your local ice skating shop: it's the same price without the hassle!
