Mixed feelings
By Blondie1119
It arrived extremely quickly, so that was a plus. However, it was not what I expected. I wanted ballistic material and read that it was ballistic and some other sort of hard material. This is definitely not the ballistic material for which I'm familiar and have other pieces of luggage. It is much lighter and flimsier than the ballistic material for which I'm familiar. It feels as if it could tear rather easily relative to the ballistic that my other luggage is made. It is also a very odd shape - sort of like a cone with the point cut off. This makes it extremely easy for identifying, but weird for packing. I have used it once so far on a 30+ hr flight with 4 connections and all fared well - nothing damaged. The small piece of luggage is so small it's about useless - it's smaller than my briefcase. The middle piece is too big to meet the airline restrictions for carry-on. So, this set doesn't really give you a practical carry-on option. I mostly only wanted it for the big piece anyways, since my ballistic Samsonite carry-on that I already have is perfectly fine. I will keep it and use the big piece, but the other two pieces are not very practical or useful. I would not recommend this set to other people.

luggage
By njbr0904
I ordered this heys fuse x3 luggage set and received a backpack. Somehow amazon got the item numbers mixed up. It took about a week but Brookstone got me the correct item. I have a set already in the black and like it. So I ordered another set because I wanted another big suitcase. The small one is really small but I am only going to use the big and medium one.I used my black set twice so far and it has held up great. I bought a large Samsonite suitcase that I had used once and had to return after the first use because it started to come apart. I am very happy with heys products so far. Hope this one does the same!!
